I received the item, it was packaged well and was as described. There was only one issue,the hole where the cam tension rod goes was just a bit to small. I tried installing with 2 different lubes, wiggled and twisted as much as it would allow and still couldn't get it to pass through the cylinder. I tried the old tension rod thinking it could have been the new rod. It wouldn't pass through either. Rather than return the item and wait for a new one with possibly the same issue, I decided to drill it out one size larger. I would highly recommend not doing this unless you have a drill press and feel comfortable using it. After drilling and cleaning it very well, the rod passed through, was installed and all is well.
