Return & Refund Policy
We accept return of products.Customers have the right to apply for a return within 60 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Three steps to return and refund.
- · Step 1: You can contact us at Sale@champooselected.com. We'll get back to you within one working day.
- · Step 2: If the return is confirmed, please place the item securely in its original packaging and order number must be on Shipping Label, and mail your return to the following address: 1541 Rollins Rd, Burlingame, CA 94010
- · Step 3: Send the return shipment tracking numbers to Sale@champooselected.com.

Please Note:
● Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Only items that are received damaged or not as described can be fully refunded to the original payment method.
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
● Customers need to bear shipping costs, and the Return Shipment Tracking Numbers must email to Sale@champooselected.com.
●Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation can only be made before the package shipped out. If the package is already in transit, the order can not be canceled.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund Process Time
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
NOT ALL PRODUCTS/PARTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
The following parts or products are NOT RETURNABLE for whatever reason:
- 1. Service Manuals (unless they are sealed and in their original condition);
- 2. Special-order products
- 3. Custom-made products
- 4. Painted parts
- 5. Parts that have been modified
