Q1: I want to cancel the order.
A1: If you need to cancel the order, please contact Sale@champooselected.com. Cancellation can only be made before the package shipped out. If the package is already in transit, the order can not be canceled.

A2: Your package will ship out within 1-2 business days. We will contact you if there is any special case.
Q3: Returns Time
A3: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 60 days of delivery.

Q6: Do you shipped to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, etc.?
A6: We can ship to most countries, but only provide free shipping in the United States. If you want to know the shipping freight to deliver the goods to your country, please contact us before you place your order.
Q7: Do you have any discount? How to use discount code?
A7: If we have a special offer, the discount code will be displayed at the top of the website. When getting a discount code, please put the code in the box to apply to the order at checkout.
