Never Received the Product and Never got a Replacement or Refund

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I never got the product and the company refused to help. This company does not care about its customers at all. I ordered this part online and received a receipt via email. However I never received any tracking information or an expected delivery date. About a week after I ordered it without any word about when I could expect the package, I reached out to ask about delivery status because, as I said, I had received ZERO updates whatsoever. I was corresponding with a woman named Linda in customer service who told me it has been delivered but to the mail room. So I responded to ask why it wasn't delivered to the designated address that I input when I placed the order. Then she said it was delivered to my home and that I should check all around the house, check with neighbors, and check with the mailroom. At this point I told her again that I had checked everywhere and that I just wanted them to send a replacement or a refund. They then told me that their records showed it has been delivered so they could not send a refund but that they "would be happy to send a replacement for a $5 shipping fee". Well, quite frankly this response made me see red and I just decided to eat the cost, forget Champoo, and buy it somewhere else. I would not recommend anyone buy from this online store because there is no guarantee you will get the product you paid for and also, Linda sucks. 0 stars.
