If you want them to look good, they need to be painted. They come looking dull and lack any luster. They look extremely cheap in raw form. Once professionally painted, they look outstanding! Night and day difference. Brother-in-law works at an auto body shop so there was no cost involved in paint. Not sure if it would be better to just spend a few more dollars and buy the ones that are finished. In my case these worked just fine!
